I’m Carmen, and it’s my job to do that for you. I’m qualified in both English and Spanish law and am bilingual. Raised and educated in Spain, I now have over 20 years’ professional legal experience in the UK.
I work with companies and individuals who need legal advice on English, Spanish and international law.
Some of my clients live or work in the UK (whether Spanish, British or other citizens), and hire me for help with a legal issue in Spain. Other clients are international clients, specially from Spain and Spanish speaking countries, and have issues and need assistance with English law.
I’m based in Sussex – but have clients from across the UK and am happy to work with you by phone and email if we can’t meet in person.

During that session, I’ll take time to understand your case and what you want to achieve. I’ll be able to give you a clear assessment of the possible outcomes, how much it’s likely to cost and how long it might take.
While I can’t always be certain of costs and timescales right at the beginning, I’ll provide my best estimate.
I’ve dealt with 1000s of cases, and so even if I haven’t dealt with one quite like yours before, I’m likely to be able to give you a good idea.

I’ve worked for large London firms, and small local practices in Sussex, on large-scale international deals and private family matters.
